Aerator with Vortex Technology
This amazing device lets you enjoy wines at their full potential by bringing more air to the wine molecules faster. Unlike other aerators, it uses Vortex Technology.
What is Vortex Technology. Innovator Viktor Schauberger developed this "implosion technology.” It’s based on fluidic vortices and movement in nature, like trout in wild rivers. His extensive, in-depth studies of the water’s structure were used to create devices for airplanes and more. And now, you can benefit from this technology it for your wine enjoyment.
Available exclusively from King Frosch Wines, it allows the wine to open up and “breathe” faster than ever. It’s been tested at many festivals, incl. the California Wine Festival, where it was voted #1 aerator!
Which wines need aerating?
In general, only red wines need aerating. Most white wines do not need aerating at all (some very few exceptions). And it is not recommended for any of the King Frosch Whites.
Which red wines need aerating?
We definitely recommend aerating our oaked wines such as #310, #475, #499, #520, #580
In addition, if you enjoy our red wines #480, #560, #570 or #590, your taste experience might also benefit from an aerator. None of the ‘stainless steel’ barrel red wines from King Frosch like the #1, #106, #150, #130,#2, #230 require aerating. However since taste perceptions are highly individual and ‘you never know’ you can play with it. All unoaked King Frosch Wines are perfect right out of the bottle.
Go to www.youtube.com on the KingFrosch cannel to figure out how long you like to decant your red wine. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ARDQIzA_EwQ
An aerator is great if a quick aerating is needed, i.e. unexpected guest arrive or that specific bottle needs to be opened right now, then we suggest using the aerator, otherwise we recommend decanting in a vase or decanter.
Enjoy and Stay Safe!
