Go to CUSTOMER SERVICE link for details. We cannot resell wine product once shipped (FDA requirement, returned food needs to be destroyed) and therefore cannot accept it back. If item is refused and the shipping company returns it to us, we have to destroy it and it cannot be resold again and no credits can be applied. Claims: if there is anything wrong with your shipment, damaged, lost or else, we need to hear from you within 48 hours. Days, weeks, month later we cannot help and cannot file a claim with most carrier.
