King Frosch Wines Shipping Policy
We ship mostly on Wednesdays (winter/hot summers bi-monthly). We can ship out next day if requested maybe additional fees apply (inquire within). Wines may be sold ONLY to persons at least 21 years old; be prepared to show a valid government picture identification card to confirm that you are at least 21 years old when your wine is delivered. We make no representation as to the rights of anyone to import wine into any state outside of California. We do not ship to Arkansa, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, or Utah! If you are in doubt inquire within. Unless you buy our alcohol free wines. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a partner to hire a common carrier to deliver your order in your name (Title passes in California). Shipping and handling fees are included with your purchase unless otherwise indicated at the time of sale. Since the shipping company is hired in your behalf it is your responsibility to follow up with them in regards to the whereabouts of your shipment. After you received the tracking info we suggest to follow up daily. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier assigned to you is your responsibility. You must notify the Carrier immediately or within 3 days of the date of your order if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, incorrect or damaged. We need PICTURES of your damaged or if missing the box inside out. Shipping dates are estimates only. The shipping company is a third party and their actions are outside of our control! We will work with you to find a solution to all unexpected challenges within our discretion. We love to help and want to make sure that you are happy. Please understand everything what happens during the transport portion is in the jurisdiction of the shipping company (FedEx, UPS, GLS [GSO], etc.). We can help calling or filing a claim, but have no control over the outcome since their policies will be applied.- If the shipment is missing, damaged or the shipping company failed to deliver as promised is no grounds for cancellation or refund. Understand that we did our part of pick/pack and ship and help with communicating with the shipping company. If you still want to cancel an order in most cases all the shipping cost, recycling cost and product loss are higher the original shipment. In all those years we provided an excellent service and had very few shipping issues we could not solve. If you start any claim, provide PICTURES of the box received, regardless if damaged or missing or wrong wines Take a picture of all the bottles received, incl. inside box cover and bottom.
