This racy full-bodied dry red has nice structured tannins and acidity. Balanced aromas of spices and red berries. Excellent for all red meats and fine cheeses, which complements the fruity structure. If you prefer a Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc with a little more zing to it, then this is the wine for you. This Cabernet has it all: the complexity, fruit and tannins, providing that firework of taste sensations one likes with that bold steak.
