The way we listed the sequence of our specialty wines is NOT from great to best, it is from light to complex, from a balanced activity to more honeyed (little more syrupy) wine.
BA = BeerenAuslese (dry berry [moist raisin]) TBA + TrockenBeerenAuslese (almost dehydrated berry/raisin - most complex, honeyed) Eiswein = Ice wine (frozen grapes on the vine) = mostly well balanced acidity and sweetness.

Ice wine (Eiswein) fans will love our award-winning, luscious ice wines and TBA (Trockenbeerenauslese). If you do not know what wunderbar means, after one sip, you will! These are rare specialty wines. The nectar of the goddess make excellent hostess gifts and are welcome at any party.
Icewines are enjoyed in small amounts! Not more than 2 oz or 3 oz per glass. With this in mind one bottle can lasts several month! (Using Private Wine Preserver #718 see below)
