This is one of our most special dry red wines we ever had. We only have less than 300 bottles which is equivalent to the barrique barrel (225 liters) it was crafted in. This luscious marriage of Tempranillo (60%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (40%), was aged a minimum of 36 months with 12 months in barrique-style French oak barrels offers a ruby/oxblood red color, toasted oak, minerals, dark chocolate, with a hint of fruit. This 225 liter barrel from 2015 is a true gem. Perfect for your carnivore barbeque events, or your special moments in front of your fireplace by itself. We recommend to let it air for 30 minutes to 2 hours. The longer the airing the more balanced the taste sensation.
