It is rare that a select harvest Riesling is dry. But this Late Harvest is as royal as late harvest dry Riesling can be. Dry, full of bursting flavors, earthy and unexpected pleasure. A must to have. Normally the late harvest are sweet, but one of the best dry Rieslings are late harvest DRY. Those wines are allowed to ferment longer and transform more of the sweet into that fantastic flavor. This is one of the best dry Rieslings we have. Very original!
