This refreshing, unoaked Riesling has great flavors of peach and apple combined with refreshing minerality. On the nose, expect to find petrol and lime aromas. The wine’s crispness, along with layers of flavor make it perfect for a summer day.
Because of the crispness and high acidity, this wine tends to cut through any heat, making it ideal for paring with spicy or ethnic foods such as Mexican, Thai, or Indian. The wine also complements any seafood dishes and should generally be paired with lighter meats. Wonderful with sushi. Enjoy chilled.
In Germany, the term Kabinett refers to a superior quality level that ensures the wine is made from grapes that have ripened fully during the first harvest.
