Enjoy the King of Grapes in a royal presentation. This select harvest Riesling offers perfect taste, balance and complexity. It is crafted from a late harvest of select, very ripe Rheinhessen Riesling bunches, this Auslese has a bit more elegance and complexity than other noble sweet wines. The honey taste is complemented with juicy apple flavor, a hint of grapefruit and (very) subtle earthy undertones.
There is an excellent balance between acidity and sweetness. Serve slightly chilled and enjoy this smooth, flavorful wine as an aperitif or with slightly spicy foods. The more you chill this exceptional wine, the more the grapefruit flavor will emerge.
Warning!Achtung: Do not open this bottle with an AIR/GAS PUMP TYPE OPENER. The bottle shape is not designed able to take the additional pressure and can break, rupture, shatter, or blast. Only open with a traditional wine key.
