If we need to re-ship a package for any reason, an RTS (Return to Sender) charge will apply. Likewise, if a shipment is returned after the carrier has made three delivery attempts and left messages or door tags, a re-shipping fee will apply. Thank you for your understanding.
If you have a business address available, that is often the best option, as alcohol shipping laws require that someone 21 years of age or older sign for wine deliveries. If you would like to update your account with a business address, please give us a call.
We also recommend adding your cell phone number to your account so that we or the carrier can reach you quickly if needed.
